Reclaiming Your Joy
We all desire to live a joyful life characterized by less stress, more time for you and loved ones, and inner peace. Unfortunately, there are people, events, and circumstances that usurp our energy and take our joy. Instead of blaming others for stealing your joy, make a promise to yourself to reclaim it. Venture outside to hear the birds chirp, the winds blow, and to let the sun slightly kiss your face with its rays. Reconnect with loved ones you haven’t spoken to in a while. Meditate or engage in light to moderate exercise to invigorate the blood in your body so it can flow through your veins. Soon you will slowly develop the energy to enjoy life to its fullest once again.
