Dr. Tiffany D. SandersTiffany D. Sanders, PhD

Dr. Sanders is a Licensed Psychologist and Certified School Psychologist with 13 years of experience evaluating and counseling children, adolescents, and adults with attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), depression, mood and anxiety disorders, oppositional defiant disorder, and learning and nonverbal learning disabilities. She is sensitive to women's issues and enjoys helping women find an inner sense of peace, reduce stress levels, manage conflict, and achieve work/life balance. Dr. Sanders particularly enjoys working with children, adolescents and their families to strengthen the family bond, reduce conflict, and enhance communication. She uses a cognitive behavioral and strength-based approach to help clients overcome obstacles to improve their quality of life. 

Dr. Sanders received her undergraduate degree from Northern Illinois University with honors in psychology and a minor in family and child studies. She earned her PhD from the University of Florida's School Psychology Program, where she specialized in multicultural psychology and working with at-risk populations. She completed a Neuropsychology Post-Doctoral Certificate Program at Fielding Graduate University, gaining a thorough understanding of human brain functioning and how it affects her clients’ psychological processes, language, learning, memory, attention, cognition, and emotional functioning. She is also affiliated with the National Association of School Psychologists and American Psychological Association.

Domenica Ottolino-Kaht

Domenica D. Ottolino-Kaht, MSW, LCSW

Mrs. Ottolino-Kaht, is a bilingual/bicultural Licensed Social Worker and certified as a School Social Worker. She received a Masters of Social Work Degree at Dominican University, River Forest, Illinois. Her clinical practice serves both children and adults via individual, group and family counseling sessions.

Mrs. Ottolino-Kaht’s professional experience includes working in both school and community settings. She provides assistance with crisis interventions as well as by providing parent and staff trainings in areas of need. Her primary goal is to enhance the social-emotional and mental well-being of the clients. Mrs. Ottolino-Kaht also strives to create a positive environment for the children. Her primary goal in working with children is to assist the learning process so they can grow socially and academically. She believes this to be important in order to become a good contributing member of our community.

Mrs. Ottolino-Kaht is also sensitive to women's issues. Her goal is to assist women to identify and overcome obstacles that could prevent a women’s general well-being. She enjoys being part of the process of positive change and celebrates the achievement of her client’s personal goals.

Melissa Gregory, LPC

Melissa Gregory enjoys working with children and adults with a variety of different mental illnesses including dealing with trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and autism. She is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their goals, and provides a caring and empathetic environment to help clients build skills to live more fulfilling lives. Melissa’s therapy modalities include cognitive behavioral therapy, person centered therapy, behavior modification, and play therapy. Melissa has worked as a respite worker, school counselor and in-office therapist where she enjoys consulting with teachers, administrators, parents and families. Melissa has experience working with children and adolescence in both the community and academic settings. Melissa has extensive experience making behavior plans for her clients to help them achieve their goals.

Melissa Gregory earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and received her master’s degree from Benedictine Graduate School of Clinical Psychology. Along with a master’s degree, Melissa also earned a subspecialty in childhood and adolescence from Benedictine University’s graduate program. She is an expert working with this population. 

Kandice MancielMary Collins, M.A., CADC

Mary is dedicated to working with young adults and adults suffering from chronic pain or chronic health issues and the everyday challenges that occur as a result of health issues. Her interests include working with a wide variety of clients including those with cancer, autoimmune disease, work-related injuries and many other adversities. In addition, Mary works with individuals to overcome the anxiety, depression, and grief that occurs as a result of these conditions. Mary approaches health issues using the biopsychological model and approaches each session with a welcoming environment and displays compassion, empathy, and understanding.

In addition to chronic pain Mary also specializes in addiction as she is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. She has been trained in Motivational Interviewing as well as Mindfulness and has worked with adolescents, young adults, and adults in both individual and group settings. To increase her understanding of addiction and chronic pain Mary has presented her own research at the Illinois Counseling Association on the intersection of the two.

Mary earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Concordia University Chicago and received her Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Benedictine University. Mary is currently working on her Ph.D. focusing on Health Psychology to further her knowledge of the effects of chronic pain as well as addiction.

Tiffany BelamyTiffany M. Bellamy, PSYD.

Dr. Bellamy is a Licensed Professional Counselor at Sanders and Associates.  She received a Doctorate and Master degrees in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology, and a Master of Education, specializing in School Psychology from Loyola University Chicago.

Dr. Bellamy provides counseling, instilling hope, empowerment and teaching practical solutions for problems that contribute to depression, anxiety or spiritual crises in life transitions. Her extensive professional experience and training includes counseling children and adults with attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), depression, mood and anxiety disorders, as well as personality disorders.

Dr. Bellamy particularly enjoys counseling athletes, helping them to address emotionally challenging issues that interfere with meeting performance expectations both in and outside of the “game”. She combines skills as a psychotherapist with a wealth of sports knowledge to provide unique strategies for clients. She is very passionate about diversity and provides a warm and caring environment for clients to build confidence as they pursue personal goals. 

Sharon GlassKaty Casamassimo, LCSW

Katy Casamassimo earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Illinois State University and received her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Loyola University.  Katy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and is certified as a School Social Worker.  She has worked with adults, adolescents, children and families since 2001.

Katy offers a supportive, collaborative relationship in assisting clients in reaching their goals. She feels it is important for each client to really be “heard” in a safe, non-judgmental space.  

Katy’s professional experience includes working in schools and with children in foster care as well as families in the adoption process.  Her clinical interests are anxiety, depression, women’s issues, and life transitions.  Katy utilizes various clinical methods including mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy, she builds a trusting relationship with each client to develop healthy coping skills and to make positive changes in their life.

Kiyana JacksonKiyana Jackson, LCPC

Kiyana Jackson is a National Certified Counselor with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Masters Degree from Argosy University in Schaumburg, IL.

Kiyana has extensive experience counseling children, adolescents, and adults in hospitals, community agencies, and academic settings. Through individual and group modalities; she has counseled clients who were addressing issues such as anxiety, attention deficit/hyperactivity, depression, impulse control, and oppositional defiance. Kiyana's work also includes career counseling, parenting classes, and resolving of family issues.

Kiyana's aim is to build strong rapport and create a safe environment in which every client feels comfortable and empowered to move forward. It is her goal that the use of cognitive-behavioral techniques, would assist children, adults and families with gaining the tools they need for a healthy life.

Dr. Tamara Denton  

Dr. Tamara Denton is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor as well as a Certified Anger Management Specialist. Showing compassion for her clients is one of her best attributes.In counseling she feels an important factor to success is building a safe environment and trusting relationship between the counselor and client. She believes every client deserves to be given quality and adequate services.

Dr. Denton has extensive experience working with family systems that have been fragmented by addiction and mental illness.As a skilled Counselor, Educator and Coach, Dr. Denton provides individual, family, couples and marital counseling sessions in an empowering environment where clients can feel safe and secure as they work toward achieving their goals. She earned her Master's Degree in Family Sciences from Eastern Illinois University. Dr. Denton achieved her Doctorate degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Counselor Education and Supervision from Argosy University. Dr. Denton serves as Adjunct Faculty at College of Dupage, Aurora University and Grand Canyon University.

Yvonne Patterson, PsyD 

Dr. Patterson is a licensed clinical psychologist with over 15 years of experience working in university counseling centers, inpatient, and community mental health settings. Dr. Patterson received her doctorate in clinical psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology and has received training in adult psychoanalytic psychotherapy from the Chicago Center for Psychoanalysis. Dr. Patterson has extensive experience working with adults and emerging adults coping with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, spiritual concerns, life and work transitions, trauma, and relationship issues. As an Air Force veteran, Dr. Patterson has experience related to issues unique to military life, transition, and readjustment.

Dr. Patterson believes in a holistic, creative, and collaborative approach to therapy. While Dr. Patterson’s psychoanalytic training remains foundational, she is influenced by and utilizes relational, cognitive behavioral, and humanistic approaches.  Dr. Patterson aims to assist clients in becoming empowered by honoring their past, live in the present, and experience a deeper, more authentic connection with themselves and others.
