Dr. Tiffany D. SandersTiffany D. Sanders, PhD

Dr. Sanders is a Licensed Psychologist and Certified School Psychologist with 13 years of experience evaluating and counseling children, adolescents, and adults with attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), depression, mood and anxiety disorders, oppositional defiant disorder, and learning and nonverbal learning disabilities. She is sensitive to women's issues and enjoys helping women find an inner sense of peace, reduce stress levels, manage conflict, and achieve work/life balance. Dr. Sanders particularly enjoys working with children, adolescents and their families to strengthen the family bond, reduce conflict, and enhance communication. She uses a cognitive behavioral and strength-based approach to help clients overcome obstacles to improve their quality of life. 

Dr. Sanders received her undergraduate degree from Northern Illinois University with honors in psychology and a minor in family and child studies. She earned her PhD from the University of Florida's School Psychology Program, where she specialized in multicultural psychology and working with at-risk populations. She completed a Neuropsychology Post-Doctoral Certificate Program at Fielding Graduate University, gaining a thorough understanding of human brain functioning and how it affects her clients’ psychological processes, language, learning, memory, attention, cognition, and emotional functioning. She is also affiliated with the National Association of School Psychologists and American Psychological Association.

Domenica Ottolino-Kaht

Domenica D. Ottolino-Kaht, MSW, LCSW

Mrs. Ottolino-Kaht, is a bilingual/bicultural Licensed Social Worker and certified as a School Social Worker. She received a Masters of Social Work Degree at Dominican University, River Forest, Illinois. Her clinical practice serves both children and adults via individual, group and family counseling sessions.

Mrs. Ottolino-Kaht’s professional experience includes working in both school and community settings. She provides assistance with crisis interventions as well as by providing parent and staff training's in areas of need. Her primary goal is to enhance the social-emotional and mental well-being of the clients. Mrs. Ottolino-Kaht also strives to create a positive environment for the children. Her primary goal in working with children is to assist the learning process so they can grow socially and academically. She believes this to be important in order to become a good contributing member of our community.

Mrs. Ottolino-Kaht is also sensitive to women's issues. Her goal is to assist women to identify and overcome obstacles that could prevent a women’s general well-being. She enjoys being part of the process of positive change and celebrates the achievement of her client’s personal goals.

Morgan Ferris

Morgan Ferris, MSCP

Morgan Ferris has earned her Master's in Psychology from Concordia University and a Master's in Clinical Psychopharmacology (MSCP) from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She currently is enrolled in her Doctorate of Clinical Psychology (PsyD) at Adler University with an emphasis in Neuropsychology.

Morgan believes that it is necessary to take a holistic approach to treating and interacting with her clients. She values understanding all aspects of a client’s functioning and strives to help them achieve their 'best life worth living'. Morgan utilizes a cognitive-behavioral approach and believes a strong factor to change is changing our internal thoughts. Further, Morgan has a strong interest in neuropsychological and psychological assessment and works to make this process as stress free as possible for her clients. Morgan enjoys working with clients across the lifespan, and is particularly passionate about neurodevelopmental disorders, chronic pain, and comorbid medical conditions.

Amber Burchett, LPC

Amber Burchett earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and received her Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Benedictine University. Along with her degree, Amber also earned a sub-specialty in addictions from Benedictine while working toward a Veteran’s Counseling Certificate from College of DuPage with hopes of getting her Doctorate Degree in Clinical Psychology. She is skilled in working with a variety of populations. 

Amber is passionate about working with children and adults with diverse mental illnesses including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, trauma, disordered eating, addictions, and veteran transitions. Amber can efficiently help her clients achieve their goals and learn/master skills in a safe and supportive environment.  She believes that in order to achieve these goals and learn the skills necessary to thrive in everyday life, the first step is to build rapport by showing the client that they are heard and understood. Amber typically utilizes treatment modalities such as dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, motivational interviewing, and client-centered therapy but is able to apply a variety of theories to meet the client(s) specific needs. 

Shakirat Shiyanbola, MA

Shakirat Shiyanbola earned her Bachelor’s in Psychology at Indiana University/ Purdue University Indianapolis. She also received her Master’s Degree from The Illinois School of Professional Psychology, Chicago. 

Shakirat Shiyanbola understands that seeking psychological services can be quite overwhelming. She is dedicated to creating a safe and comfortable environment for clients to feel vulnerable, supported, and understood. Shakirat has conducted many comprehensive and thorough psychological assessments to ensure accurate diagnoses and recommendations that lead to successful outcomes.  Her training has equipped her with skills to deal with complex cases.

Shakirat has a solid background in working with children and young adults on the Autism Spectrum, more specifically ABA therapy. She is experienced with utilizing neurofeedback treatment to help individuals manage symptoms of Depression, Anxiety, Sleep Disorders, ADHD, and Trauma-related diagnosis.  Additionally, she is committed to working with individuals to deal with and manage challenging circumstances.

Kandice MancielDawn Scholl, LCPC,  CADC

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified School Social Worker and Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor with experience counseling children, adolescents, individuals and families in various settings. In my years of experience, being a school social worker and an adolescent substance dependency counselor, I have had clients express their appreciation for my empathetic and professional insight as we work together-er towards their journey to healing.

My focus is to empower and encourage clients within a supportive environment to set personal goals in order to regain balance and peace in their lives. We will use effective strategies to focus on your strengths to create a plan and take it step by step together. As a certified drug and alcohol counselor I am skilled in providing effective techniques to motivate clients towards the path of personal growth in order to sustain sobriety and maintain serenity.

Tiffany BelamyTiffany M. Bellamy, PSYD.

Dr. Bellamy is a Licensed Professional Counselor at Sanders and Associates.  She received a Doctorate and Master degrees in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology, and a Master of Education, specializing in School Psychology from Loyola University Chicago.

Dr. Bellamy provides counseling, instilling hope, empowerment and teaching practical solutions for problems that contribute to depression, anxiety or spiritual crises in life transitions. Her extensive professional experience and training includes counseling children and adults with attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), depression, mood and anxiety disorders, as well as personality disorders.

Dr. Bellamy particularly enjoys counseling athletes, helping them to address emotionally challenging issues that interfere with meeting performance expectations both in and outside of the “game”. She combines skills as a psychotherapist with a wealth of sports knowledge to provide unique strategies for clients. She is very passionate about diversity and provides a warm and caring environment for clients to build confidence as they pursue personal goals. 

Sharon GlassKaty Casamassimo, LCSW

Katy Casamassimo earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Illinois State University and received her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Loyola University.  Katy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and is certified as a School Social Worker.  She has worked with adults, adolescents, children and families since 2001.

Katy offers a supportive, collaborative relationship in assisting clients in reaching their goals. She feels it is important for each client to really be “heard” in a safe, non-judgmental space.  

Katy’s professional experience includes working in schools and with children in foster care as well as families in the adoption process.  Her clinical interests are anxiety, depression, women’s issues, and life transitions.  Katy utilizes various clinical methods including mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy, she builds a trusting relationship with each client to develop healthy coping skills and to make positive changes in their life.

Kiyana JacksonKathleen Griffin, LCPC

We offer a genuine, compassionate and respectful relationship with clients, so they can reach greater self-awareness and insight. Our goal is to help clients to reach greater satisfaction and balance with quality of life overall.

We specialize in working with individuals who experience issues such as; Life transitions, professional and relation-ship transitions, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, self-esteem, depression, school related issues, grief, gender and sexual identity as well as ethnic identity.

The therapeutic relationship would lend time for mindfulness and allow clients to attend to what is right here, right now. It would be an honor and privilege for us to walk with clients as they learn about themselves and follow their natural impulses toward wholeness, vitality and peace.

Dr. Tamara Denton  

Dr. Tamara Denton is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor as well as a Certified Anger Management Specialist. Showing compassion for her clients is one of her best attributes.In counseling she feels an important factor to success is building a safe environment and trusting relationship between the counselor and client. She believes every client deserves to be given quality and adequate services.

Dr. Denton has extensive experience working with family systems that have been fragmented by addiction and mental illness.As a skilled Counselor, Educator and Coach, Dr. Denton provides individual, family, couples and marital counseling sessions in an empowering environment where clients can feel safe and secure as they work toward achieving their goals. She earned her Master's Degree in Family Sciences from Eastern Illinois University. Dr. Denton achieved her Doctorate degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Counselor Education and Supervision from Argosy University. Dr. Denton serves as Adjunct Faculty at College of Dupage, Aurora University and Grand Canyon University.

Yvonne Patterson, PsyD 

Dr. Patterson is a licensed clinical psychologist with over 15 years of experience working in university counseling centers, inpatient, and community mental health settings. Dr. Patterson received her doctorate in clinical psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology and has received training in adult psychoanalytic psychotherapy from the Chicago Center for Psychoanalysis. Dr. Patterson has extensive experience working with adults and emerging adults coping with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, spiritual concerns, life and work transitions, trauma, and relationship issues. As an Air Force veteran, Dr. Patterson has experience related to issues unique to military life, transition, and readjustment.

Dr. Patterson believes in a holistic, creative, and collaborative approach to therapy. While Dr. Patterson’s psychoanalytic training remains foundational, she is influenced by and utilizes relational, cognitive behavioral, and humanistic approaches.  Dr. Patterson aims to assist clients in becoming empowered by honoring their past, live in the present, and experience a deeper, more authentic connection with themselves and others.
