Dr. Tiffany D. SandersTiffany D. Sanders, PhD

Dr. Sanders is a Licensed Psychologist and Certified School Psychologist with 9 years of experience evaluating and counseling children, adolescents, and adults with attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), depression, mood and anxiety disorders, oppositional defiant disorder, and learning and nonverbal learning disabilities. She is sensitive to women's issues and enjoys helping women find an inner sense of peace, reduce stress levels, manage conflict, and achieve work/life balance. Dr. Sanders particularly enjoys working with children, adolescents and their families to strengthen the family bond, reduce conflict, and enhance communication. She uses a cognitive behavioral and strength-based approach to help clients overcome obstacles to improve their quality of life. 

Dr. Sanders received her undergraduate degree from Northern Illinois University with honors in psychology and a minor in family and child studies. She earned her PhD from the University of Florida's School Psychology Program, where she specialized in multicultural psychology and working with at-risk populations. Currently, Dr. Sanders is a student in the Neuropsychology Post-Doctoral Certificate Program at Fielding Graduate University, gaining a thorough understanding of human brain functioning and how it affects her clients’ psychological processes, language, learning, memory, attention, cognition, and emotional functioning. She is also affiliated with the National Association of School Psychologists and American Psychological Association.

Domenica D. Ottolino-Kaht, MSW, LSW

Mrs. Ottolino-Kaht, is a bilingual/bicultural Licensed Social Worker and certified as a School Social Worker. She received a Masters of Social Work Degree at Dominican University, River Forest, Illinois. Her clinical practice serves both children and adults via individual, group and family counseling sessions.

Mrs. Ottolino-Kaht’s professional experience includes working in both school and community settings. She provides assistance with crisis interventions as well as by providing parent and staff trainings in areas of need. Her primary goal is to enhance the social-emotional and mental well-being of the clients. Mrs. Ottolino-Kaht also strives to create a positive environment for the children. Her primary goal in working with children is to assist the learning process so they can grow socially and academically. She believes this to be important in order to become a good contributing member of our community.

Mrs. Ottolino-Kaht is also sensitive to women's issues. Her goal is to assist women to identify and overcome obstacles that could prevent a women’s general well-being. She enjoys being part of the process of positive change and celebrates the achievement of her client’s personal goals.

Michael Rouffa, LcSW

Michael Rouffa is a licensed clinical social worker and Certified Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor. He has worked as a social worker and therapist for 40 years.  Mr. Rouffa has helped adolescents, couples, older adults, and adults with issues such as depression, anxiety, assertiveness, anger problems, domestic violence, and grief.  He uses a variety of approaches as well as sharing his own life experiences to help individuals and couples learn to understand and accept themselves more fully and work towards desired changes in behavior. His approaches include cognitive-behavioral, parts therapy, and neuro-linguistic programming.

Kate PaluszekKate Paluszek, MA, LCPC

Kate Paluszek is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the State of Illinois. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Loyola University in 2002 and completed her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at the Illinois School of Professional Psychology in 2005.

Kate has several years of experience providing psychotherapy to children, families, adults and couples who struggle with issues such as anxiety, ADHD, depression, adjustment difficulties, relationship problems, trauma, stress, and loss.

Kate uses cognitive-behavioral, psychoanalytic, and holistic approaches in therapy to assist clients in exploring themselves and finding what will help them reach their goals in therapy and beyond. She is dedicated to working collaboratively with her clients to help them find the strength and inner peace within themselves that will lead them toward living more fulfilling lives.

BellamyTiffany M. Bellamy, M.A. M.E.D. PSYD

Mrs. Bellamy is a Clinical Intern with extensive experience in counseling children, adolescents, couples and families. She received a Master of Education, with a concentration in Educational Psychology at Loyola University Chicago. Mrs. Bellamy has also received a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology at Illinois School of Professional Psychology in Schaumburg, where she is currently completing a doctorate in Clinical Psychology.

Mrs. Bellamy’s professional experience and training includes counseling children and adults with attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), depression, mood and anxiety disorders, oppositional defiant disorder. Mrs. Bellamy enjoys working with couples to strengthen and repair marriages and relationships. She is a certified Level 1 Gottman Researched-based relationship counselor and is sensitive to cultural and spiritual beliefs.

Mrs. Bellamy provides a safe and nurturing environment that allows her clients to build confidence as they pursue avenues towards their personal goals. Her approaches include developmental, systems and emotion-focused therapies.

Sharon GlassSharon Glass, LCSW

Dr. Sharon Glass is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 30 years of experience in the field of mental health. She teaches effective parenting techniques of all children, including those with disorders on the Autism Spectrum, learning difficulties, ADHD, mental illness and other disabilities. She works with alternative families, including those with single parents, same sex parents, step families, post-divorce and divorcing families, and marriages mixed by religion or ethnicity. She also helps couples resolve conflicts, evaluate their relationship and improve negotiating and communication skills. She has experience with hospice patients and patients with a range of health challenges from cancer to fibromyalgia.

Dr. Glass earned a BA degree in sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, MSW degree from George Williams College and PhD from the Institute for clinical Social Work.  In addition, she completed the 2 year training program at the Family Institute of Chicago now at Northwestern University, and has studied individual psychotherapy that includes a relational perspective, problem solving, psychodynamic analysis, the interface of psychological and physical processes, and the impact of stress on health, anxiety or depression.

Sharon GlassKiyana Jackson

Kiyana Jackson is a National Certified Counselor with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Masters Degree from Argosy University in Schaumburg, IL.

Kiyana has extensive experience counseling children, adolescents, and adults in hospitals, community agencies, and academic settings. Through individual and group modalities; she has counseled clients who were addressing issues such as anxiety, attention deficit/hyperactivity, depression, impulse control, and oppositional defiance. Kiyana's work also includes career counseling, parenting classes, and resolving of family issues.

Kiyana's aim is to build strong rapport and create a safe environment in which every client feels comfortable and empowered to move forward. It is her goal that the use of cognitive-behavioral techniques, would assist children, adults and families with gaining the tools they need for a healthy life.
